K-Beauty is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding your orders.

Responsibility for Packages

K-Beauty is not liable for refunds, exchanges, or replacements for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or deemed undeliverable. If you experience any delivery issues, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the chosen delivery service provider. 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you enter at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid. Packages returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees if a re-delivery is requested. In the event of a refund request, any costs incurred during transit (including original shipping costs, return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and duties) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Package Retrieval

For parcels delivered to an outdoor community mailbox in extreme weather conditions, please retrieve your package promptly to prevent damage. K-Beauty cannot be held responsible for items compromised due to weather-related issues.

Customs and Duties

K-Beauty is not responsible for any customs duties, fees, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with parcels shipped outside of South Korea. Please check our Duty & Taxes page for more information.

Delivery Times

We offer international shipping from South Korea, with delivery usually taking between 7-13 (Standard )& 3-5(Express) business days. The availability of specific shipping methods may vary based on your location, so please check the options available at checkout for the best fit.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your selected shipping method. You will see the final shipping cost displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review it before completing your payment.

Large Orders

For large quantity orders, items may be shipped separately and on different dates, although we strive to package all items together to minimize this occurrence. Additionally, separate orders to the same shipping address may be combined for shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to track the status and location of your package through our Package Tracking page.
